Volunteers participate in medical treks with a team that includes local health providers. The treks involve backpacking and camping, while setting up free mobile clinics in remote areas throughout the journey.

Internships are available to graduate students as well as professionals in medicine, public health, international development, and related fields.
Medical service trips are held several times throughout the year. Volunteer teams are comprised of clinicians, pharmacists, medical interpreters, students, community health workers, and public health educators.
