HELP International
Program Description

HELP international partners with local organizations throughout the globe to promote public health, education, and entrepreneurship/business initiatives that respond to community needs. Volunteers help to develop, execute, and monitor a range of grass-roots projects, including health campaigns and outreach, medical camps, teacher training, literacy, orphanage support, gender empowerment, business education, and youth support.

Expected Costs

  • Vary depending on location and duration of experience
  • Include room and board, all project and work related costs; does not include flights to and from country, immunizations, visa
  • Scholarships and discounts are available based on skill level (ex. Medical training), language fluency, returning volunteers

Language

  • No requirements; however fluency is helpful and can qualify an individual for a reduction in the cost of the experience
