Dissertations and theses from the University of Massachusetts Medical School are now included in the Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (NDLTD), an international archive containing more than 4 million records of electronic theses and dissertations.

Beginning October 9, 2015, metadata for dissertations and theses from the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences and the Graduate School of Nursing will be harvested from eScholarship@UMMS, the medical school’s digital archive of research and scholarship.

The results of a search of the NDLTD archive can now be filtered by “University of Massachusetts Medical School”. Boolean searching is available. Searchers can also browse through all UMMS dissertations and theses by entering the following in the search box:

publisher:"eScholarship@UMMS"

The NDLTD promotes the adoption, creation, use, dissemination and preservation of electronic theses and dissertations, with many institutions participating. Our participation in the NDLTD archive increases the visibility and impact of UMMS scholarship.
