On Exhibit January 2 – February 27, 2020
Beginning tomorrow, December 12, 2019 through January 3, 2020, there will be electrical work happening on the 1st and 2nd floors of the library. This work includes: cordoning off of work areas, drilling, plastering, dust, etc. This work is necessary in order to bring additional electrical power to the 2nd and 3rd floors of the library and the foundation for new and updated study spaces, updated lighting and power, along with new paint and carpet in the library.

An updated version of PubMed is now available at https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/. The new PubMed will become the default in spring 2020 and will ultimately replace the legacy version. The new responsive layout offers better support for accessing PubMed content with the increasingly popular small-screen devices such as mobile phones and tablets. Find highly relevant articles more easily using the Best Match sort, now the default sort order in PubMed.

Join us at the Lamar Soutter Library on Wednesday, November 20. We are hosting a live Wikipedia Edit-a-thon in conjunction with the National Network of Libraries of Medicine's online #citeNLM event. Stop by the library computer room between 11:00 AM-1:00 PM for editing and treats. Learn how to set up a Wikipedia account, and learn how to add citations with credible sources to Wikipedia articles that need them. The best part?

The Remembrances Quilt is a testament to the generosity of donor families and a tribute to their loved ones, whose life and death the quilt commemorates. The quilt is composed of squares of fabric individually designed and created by family members/friends.
