On Saturday, May 11, 2024, UMass Chan Facilities will be closing off a portion of the Library Parking Lot and Roof to move equipment up to the roof. In addition to these areas being unavailable, a section inside of the Library will also be restricted from use.

• Where: Lamar Soutter Library, Library Parking Lot, and Library Roof
• Date: Saturday, May 11, 2024                  
• Time: 4am-5pm
• Restricted Location inside Library: Second floor Administrative Offices area, including the Women’s Second Floor Bathroom, two group study cubicles, and use of the back stair tower from the second floor.
• If during the work you would like to relocate to another area within UMass Chan to study, please use these rooms listed below:

  • AMP 2
  • AMP 3
  • Hiatt Auditorium
  • Lazare Auditorium
  • all iTLC rooms
  • S2-351/352
