Dr. Bruce Simon has been involved in photography for most of his life. His major interest is in nature photography “emphasizing flora and fauna and natural landscapes with contrasting straight lines and angles.” Transitioning from his experience in chemical photography and processing, Dr. Simon’s photography exhibits his clear passion for the use of color depth and contrast in a digital age.  

Dr. Simon has worked at UMass for twelve years and serves as Associate Director of the Trauma Service in the Department of Surgery.
