Bright Horizons Library Visit & Art Exhibit
Earlier in October, the Kindergarten Prep class from Bright Horizons took a field trip to the Lamar Soutter Library to see their artwork on display as part of our Artist-in-Residence Series. The exhibit, featuring art from preschool and daycare students, will remain up until mid-November.
This collaboration was a wonderful example of community engagement. We're grateful to the Bright Horizons team for partnering with us. Special thanks also to UMass Chan security and campus police for helping coordinate the visit, and to the parents- many of whom are clinicians and school staff- who joined their children during the field trip.
The children's visit was full of excitement and joy. Please see the UMass Chan Facebook post for more photos from the day. Photo used with permission.
