The Education and Clinical Services department is delighted to welcome Amy Reyes to our Library!

Amy is joining us from the NNLM Pacific Southwest Regional Medical Library located at UCLA. Amy worked closely with the NIH "All of Us" research program and with the BIPOC mentoring program for new professionals. She is excited to carry forward her skills and knowledge of library education, reference, and instruction in clinical services. She also brings a great deal of knowledge in developing STEM programming and working with a wide variety of audiences. Image of Amy ReyesShe is professionally active in the Medical Library Association and serves as a member of the MLA Latinx Caucus, JMLA Equity Board as the Latinx Caucus liaison, has contributed to the MLA guide to Spanish-Language COVID-19 resources and is the incoming secretary for the Public Health and Health/Health Administration Caucus.

As an Education and Clinical Librarian here, Amy will provide information literacy instruction, build partnerships with clinical departments, and support information needs focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
