Get Creative with your Data!

Over the course of Love Data Week, use your creativity to showcase your data in an unusual way: try Play-doh; cookies, cakes, or pies; interpretive dance – whatever you feel like! Tag us in your tweets or Instagrams and we’ll share your work on the library social media feeds. We’ll be tweeting some examples over the next week for inspiration and to help you get those creative juices flowing.

Research Data Management 101: Elements of a Data Management and Sharing Plan

The NIH will soon require a Data Management and Sharing Plan to be included in all grant applications. Do you know what elements need to be included in a data management plan? Have you discussed data management with your advisor or is there a lab-wide data management plan? Have you ever heard of DMPTool? If you answered no (or I don’t know) to any of these questions, Research Data Management 101: Elements of a Data Management and Sharing Plan is the class for you!

Join us on Wednesday, February 16 at 1:00pm for a 60-minute overview of the basics of data management and data organization, as well as practical tips for developing your own data management plan. Registration is open now!
