The library will be open from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on President's Day, Monday, February 19, 2018.

Due to the anticipated winter storm with significant snowfall and blizzard conditions, the Lamar Soutter Library will be closed Thursday, January 4th.

Due to the weather, the library will be closed on Saturday December 23rd. The library will reopen on Sunday December 24th at 10:00am.

The 2017-2018 Winter Holiday Hours for the library are as follows:

Friday, December 22nd: 7:30am-5pm

Saturday, December 23rd: 10am-3pm

Sunday, December 24th: 10am-3pm

Monday, December 25th: CLOSED

The Lamar Soutter Library (LSL) at University of Massachusetts Medical School (UMMS) is pleased to announce the publication of the 2017 Annual Report in a new “page-turner” digital format. When you access the site, you also have the option to download a PDF of the Annual Report.

In observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday, the library will close at 5pm on Wednesday, November 22nd and be closed all day on Thursday, November 23rd and Friday, November 24th. The library is accessible 24/7 for eligible patrons using their ID badge. 

In observance of Veterans Day this Saturday, on Friday, November 10, 2017 the library will be open from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
