In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, the Library is exhibiting selections from its collection.

The IT department will be updating the Wi-Fi network in the Library tonight, May 3 for approximately 2 hours, beginning at 9:00 p.m., to resolve a connectivity issue for MacBook users.

The Library Service Point will be closed on Patriots’ Day, Monday April 18, 2022.

UMass Chan/UMMHC badge access only to enter the library (24/7). At this time the library is not open to members of the public.

The new UMass Chan Wi-Fi network has been experiencing intermittent problems in the Library and in other school areas.

UMass Chan IT department will be performing the Wi-Fi network upgrade for the new access point units that were recently installed in the Library. The cutover to the new network is planned for this Friday, March 4 at 6:00 p.m. IT will have staff and vendors onsite to support the cutover.

Effective February 28, 2022, Library hours will be as follows:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Library doors close 15 minutes prior to closing time.

The Library Service Desk will be closed on Monday, February 21, in observance of the Presidents Day holiday.

Due to electrical testing by UMass Chan Facilities, all public and clinical computer workstations will be unavailable between 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 5 through 7:30 a.m. Thursday, January 6.

Effective Tuesday, January 4, 2022, the Library service desk will be open Monday – Thursday from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
