The Lamar Soutter Library’s (LSL) resource collection is composed of electronic resources, print books, and a small collection of chargers, adapters, museum passes, and medical equipment. You can learn more about accessing LSL electronic resources here and we encourage you to explore our print collection on the 1st and 2nd floors of the library.

As a general best practice, we recommend starting your search for print or electronic resources from our library website catalog search . For electronic resources, this ensures that you’re recognized as affiliated with UMass Chan by the resource vendors, especially when you’re connecting from off-campus. For print materials, the library catalog will provide you with shelving location information.

For print or electronic resources that we do not have access to, eligible patrons may use our Interlibrary Loan (ILL) service. If you would like to suggest a resource for purchase, please use the Library Requests Form.
