Research for this project was conducted along the electronic highways from Fairbanks, Alaska to Concord, New Hampshire, from Saranac Lake, New York to Lake Constance, Friedrichshafen, Germany. Those willing to assist were met at each step along the road. Here is a list of those helpful travelers.
