Charge

Devise a plan to address the following:

• Usability – is the site layout and navigation functional, how can it be improved
• Content – does the website reflect our current service model; how can customization options be incorporated, e.g. implementation of Library Guides
• Memorial – how can the Memorial library website be incorporated into our website
• Architecture – can the site architecture be improved using newer technologies (Library Guides, Web 2.0, database options, and open source software)?

Consider all options when devising the plan. Include costs and time estimates as part of the final report. Implementation will be handled separately.
