Charge

The charge of the Web Technical group is to continue the development and maintenance of the Library's Web pages using ColdFusion. Once the website is converted to ColdFusion, the group is charged with investigating the feasibility and design of a staff intranet. Once a decision is made about the staff intranet, the group may investigate the design and feasibility of "personalization". The Web Technical Group is made up of a core of four: Mary Piorun, Robert Vander Hart, Javier Crespo and Shawn Klejmont who will focus on the technical aspects of the web. The group will need a list of library staff "testers" for the design of the staff intranet. Testers will not have to attend regular meetings but will need to be available on an "on call" basis to review web page designs and give feedback to the Technical Group.
