Charge

The Staff Development Team is charged with doing a library survey asking staff about their training needs, designing a curriculum to meet those needs, finding instructors, setting the class schedule, making all room and equipment arrangements for the class, and handling registration. The Team will reinstate the shadowing program and will be responsible for all aspects of its implementation. The recommendation to approach HR about a library orientation as part of the new hire orientation for all UMMS employees will be referred to the new Associate Director for Administrative Services and need not be addressed by this team.
