Charge

The team will review the current structure of the staff intranet. From there, identify content, a new organization and potential tools (open source) to improve the functionality and ongoing maintenance (perhaps self-service) of the staff intranet. The team is also asked to evaluate any tools that could be used to produce internal and external newsletters in an electronic format. The team will take the time to evaluate each of the tools through a literature review and testing if necessary. The final deliverable will be a written report to the Management Team; implementation will be handled separately.
