Charge

The charge of the SoutteReview Team is to publish the library's external newsletter four times a year, keep within budget; use the publication to market the library's services, resources and collections to the "outside" world and investigate the use of the newsletter to promote faculty publications, new collections purchases, new databases, services, etc.
