Charge

The charge of the Marketing Team is to identify a process for marketing library services to UMass users. The Team will identify marketing opportunities and develop a written action plan. The plan should focus on publicizing the library's resources (especially online databases) and increasing the UMass community's awareness of library collections and services. The Team should also propose ways to advertise the proxy server, develop a consistent look and feel to library publications, make suggestions for regular library exhibits, etc.
