Charge
The charge of the Events Team is to coordinate the following events for FY 2002-3:
- Family Day/Alumni Day (if held)
- Library Annual Open House/Rededication (to be held in the Spring)
- Medical Humanities Collection Reception (with WDML)
Library staff interested in planning and coordinating large and small events, doing demos, working with vendors, soliciting donations from community businesses, making signs, and helping with food and invitations are encouraged to sign up for this team.
