Charge

The ERM Implementation Team is charged with implementing the Serials Solutions 360 Suite of products. This includes:

1. Coordinating training
2. Redesigning workflow for electronic resource management
3. Populating the Core with library electronic holdings
4. Setting up Link Resolver
5. Customizing the A-Z list
6. Populating the ERM with vendor contact information
7. Transferring licensing information into the ERM and displaying relevant information for library users
8. Migrating past cost information (FY2010)
9. Setting up access for automated COUNTER retrieval
10. Setting up the MARC service
11. Assisting with marketing and training as needed for the transition from SFX
