The Library's security gate alarm seems to sound off frequently. The team is asked to quantify the alarm incidents and explain them. The goal is to suggest ways to reduce the amount of false alarms by at least 50% while continuing to provide the security we need to protect our collections. (This team will include a representative from Reference.)
