Continuous Process Improvement Teams--Technical Services: Books (2003-2004)

The charge to this team is to investigate ways to streamline work processes and improve systems within the Technical Services Department. The goal is to decrease the time it takes to get purchased items from the vendor directly to the patron and reduce costs. The team will produce a report with recommendations to the staff at the January retreat.
