Charge

The purpose of this team is to investigate ways to streamline work processes and improve systems within the Interlibrary Borrowing/Document Delivery units of the Access Services Department. The goal is to decrease turnaround time, speed up delivery of articles to requesters and reduce delivery costs. The team will produce a report with recommendations to the staff at the January retreat.
