Explore library models for consumer health / health literacy programming. Given the context in which the Lamar Soutter Library works -- the state’s only public medical library, the Regional Medical Library, and supporting both UMMS and UMMHC -- propose priorities for the next three years and develop a strategy to meet those priorities. The strategy must take into account current initiatives while building a framework for future programming. Issues such as budget and staff time do not need to be addressed for this White Paper.
