In celebration of Love Data Week 2023 please join the Research Data & Scholarly Communications Librarians from February 13-17th for a week long ‘Caption the Chart’ whiteboard activity and a webinar:

‘Caption the Chart’: all week on the whiteboard in the library entrance we will be posting unmarked charts, and asking staff, students, and library visitors to put up sticky notes with their best ideas for appropriate titles. Watch for tweets and pictures of the best submissions!

Webinar: Change is in the Air: New NIH Data Sharing Requirements and How to Meet Them

A more extensive Data Management and Sharing Plan is now required for all NIH grant applications that produce scientific data as of January 25, 2023. Join us to learn more about this new policy, tools to create a Data Management and Sharing Plan, and other research data management resources available at UMass Chan. Instructors: Tess Grynoch and Leah Honor, Research Data and Scholarly Communication Librarians at the Lamar Soutter Library.​
