The Humanities in Medicine Committee of the Lamar Soutter Library and Dr. Richard Berlin invite you to the award ceremony and readings of poetry and creative writings by medical students, nursing students, graduate students, residents, and fellows based at UMass Chan Medical School, Berkshire Medical Center, Worcester Medical Center/St. Vincent's, and Baystate Medical Center. The Gerald F. Berlin Creative Writing Award is funded by a donation from Richard M. Berlin, MD, a poet, and Instructor in Psychiatry at UMass Chan Medical School.
