Announce the Delivery of New Digital Copiers
All Patrons
- All new digital copiers with enhanced copy quality.
- Cash/coin capabilities on two machines.
- ADA adjustments on one machine.
- The NEW system will accept the OLD copy cards for six months. Additional value cannot be added
to OLD cards. When their value is exhausted, a NEW card must be purchased.
- Card dispensers will still be available to provide cards for cash, but will not provide
receipts.
COPIERS WILL BE INSTALLED ON JUNE 6, 2002.

New Procedures for UMMS & UMMHC Departments
- Library staff will no longer be able to purchase or revalue a card at the library if you are
charging to a department account number or require a receipt.
- Departments will be able to order copy cards from the Card Services division of Copico.
- To be safe, you should allow 5 - 7 days for delivery of the cards. Therefore, you must plan
ahead.
- Cards must be ordered in the following denominations. You can order multiples of each:
$10.00 ($9.00 value, $1.00 for card - 90 copies)
$30.00 ($29.00 value, $1.00 for card - 290 copies)
$50.00 ($49.00 value, $1.00 for card - 490 copies)
- Copico is prepared to process orders any time after May 20, 2002.
- Cards can be purchased via purchase order or credit card. Step by step ordering
