IMPORTANT NOTICE!
The library's Interlibrary Borrowing (ILB) department is happy to announce the
debut of their new Interlibrary Loan Management System: ILLiad.
Beginning August 13, 2001 all ILB requests must be submitted through ILLiad. You may
start using the system immediately if you wish. Go to:
http://illiad.library.umass.edu/illiad/wor
then select "New Users" and fill out the registration form.
The benefits of the ILLiad system include:
- Viewing the status of your ILB requests at any stage of the process, eliminating phone calls
to the ILL office.
- Canceling your requests online as well as re-submit cancelled requests, retaining all notes
and tracking for the item.
