HSLIC Ariel Grant Promotional Materials

Below you will find links to customizable materials you can use to promote your Library’s use of Ariel for fast document delivery. These materials were created as part of HSLIC’s Ariel Grant, with funds from NIH/NLM. Please feel free to make any changes and personalize your message. Don’t forget to add the name of your Library.

These materials are Word Documents. Please save the documents to you local disk by choosing “Save As” from the File pull-down menu before editing. Information entered through the Web is not saved.

For individual or group broadcasting. One email message is for students and the other is for faculty, physicians, and other professionals.

Two Press Releases for Websites or Newsletters. One Press Release could be used for a student newspaper, student club newsletter, or university library newsletter. The other Press Release could be used for a medical center, university, or medical center library newsletter.

Materials mailed to selected associations, including a letter about the Ariel grant, a press release each association might want to include in their newsletter, and a list of the associations who received the May 2004 and June 2004 mailings.
