Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials – Access is restricted to UMMS/UMMHC workstations or by proxy service. CCRCT is a database of definitive clinical trials identified by the Cochrane Collaboration. Only randomized control trials and/or controlled clinical trials are included.

Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews – Access is restricted to UMMS/UMMHC workstations or by proxy service. Articles focus on randomized control trials, controlled clinical trials, products of evidence-based review by ACP Journal Club or National Health Services.

Cochrane Library, Abstracts (Cochrane Collaboration) – Access is freely available to all. Database of abstracts from the Cochrane Collaboration, a non-profit organization that produces systematic reviews of healthcare interventions and promotes the search for evidence in the form of clinical trials and other studies of interventions.

CPDB (Carcinogenic Potency Database) – Access is freely available to all. A searchable database of quantitative and qualitative analyses of published literature relating to chronic, long-term animal cancer tests. Contains materials published through 1997/98 by the National Cancer Institute and the National Toxicology Program.
