Catalog of U.S. Government Publications – Access is freely available to all. A searchable database of federal publications that includes descriptive records for historical and current publications and provides direct links to those that are available online.

CINAHL with Full Text – Access is restricted to UMMS/UMMHC workstations or by proxy service. CINAHL (Cumulative Index to Nursing & Allied Health) provides authoritative coverage of the literature related to nursing and allied health. More than 1600 journals are regularly indexed.

CISILO – Available only by subscription.

Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials – Access is restricted to UMMS/UMMHC workstations or by proxy service. CCRCT is a database of definitive clinical trials identified by the Cochrane Collaboration. Only randomized control trials and/or controlled clinical trials are included.

Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews – Access is restricted to UMMS/UMMHC workstations or by proxy service. Articles focus on randomized control trials, controlled clinical trials, products of evidence-based review by ACP Journal Club or National Health Services.

Cochrane Library (Cochrane Collaboration) – Access is restricted to UMMS/UMMHC workstations or by proxy service. Collection of six databases that contain different types of high-quality, independent evidence to inform healthcare decision-making, and a seventh database that provides information about groups in The Cochrane Collaboration.

CPDB (Carcinogenic Potency Database) – Access is freely available to all. A searchable database of quantitative and qualitative analyses of published literature relating to chronic, long-term animal cancer tests. Contains materials published through 1997/98 by the National Cancer Institute and the National Toxicology Program.

Criminal Justice Abstracts – Available only by subscription.
